There’s never been a better time to visit your monastery! The renovation of several rooms in the Retreat House has been completed, our gift shop is back and better than ever, and our freshly-restored church is barely recognizable! Why not book a retreat, visit the gift shop, or come for mass or the Divine Office?
Did we also mention that the Shenandoah Valley is spectacular this time of year? The trees fill the skyline with varying hues of bright green, and our 1200 acres of pristine property along the Shenandoah River are prime for relaxing, leisurely strolls.
And just in case you’re wondering, we always make sure that our famous creamed honey – which is locally-sourced and 100 percent natural – is fully stocked in our gift shop. Not only do these golden elixirs taste wonderful, but they can also help those who suffer from pesky seasonal allergies in our area.
Stop by and see us! We can’t wait to see you.

I love reading this and seeing the pictures! Your message is Springtime, renewal in an otherwise dismal, pervasive political environment.

A group from the Cathedral of St Thomas More is coming on Saturday, May 20 for Vespers. We’re really looking forward to it! Renovation pictures look great.
