Here’s a photo of the open–as in open to the outside–window and the new replacement window standing next to it. Our workers are making great progress in the church renovation as you can see. If you look past the gentleman on the left you will see what the new windows will look like installed. They are larger and a marked improvement over the old windows.
We’re still saying end of January, beginning of February for completion and I can tell you the monks can’t wait! Worshiping in the Chapter Room is intimate but not exactly comfortable. We’re all looking forward to the new church.

I am sure the new windows will also provide a much more temperate environment for the Monks and guest. I am looking forward to attending my first Mass in the new Chapel.
