We’ve noticed over the past decades that everyone wants a reservation at the Retreat House during October. And we never wonder why: the weather is ideal, the humidity is low, the frost has come and pollen and gnats have disappeared…And perhaps the changing foliage has something to do with it too. Even rainy days feel cozy and invite hours with a good book and a mug of tea.
So we’re happy you let you know that we still have openings on weekdays in October. The available dates, all Monday through Friday, are October 5 through 9; October 12 through 16; October 19 through 23; and October 26 through 30.
