The community Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Abbot Robert Barnes presiding and preaching. The heat is not yet turned on in the monastery buildings, so dress prudently; usually, however, with enough people in church, it will warm up.
Be forewarned: the tortoise shell colored cat, Vivian, gets very religious as the weather turns colder and tries to attend all the services in church. Please take care entering to keep her outside (a handful of dry cat food usually distracts her). I’ve made inquiries and even PETA will not support her “right” to attend church services.
