I’ve usually updated Featured News on Saturday and A Word from the Abbot on Sunday. Of course, as you have probably noticed, there have been inconsistencies; just a few weekends ago, for example, our computers were down. And other times, I just have not made the deadline.
At the moment I am in transition, assuming duties at the Retreat House and covering for an employee there, which was not anticipated; and there is at least another work complication peculiar to this week. As a result, I really need a genuine Sabbath and will postpone the updates until Monday. I know the well being of the world nor the balance of the cosmos depends on my updates and I’m confident that this site’s readers have sufficient spiritual resources more conventionally available to them to make it through the weekend!
