Br. Edward has had an uncomfortable week in the hospital. A blockage was found in his lower track and Br. Edward will have to stay in the hospital. It had been hoped earlier that he could be transferred to the hospice facility on Cork Street in Winchester for care to strengthen him up for his return to the community.
With his various health problems and further loss of eyesight, this has been a very discouraging time for Br. Ed–and a sad time for the community. Please remember him and all of us in your prayers

I will pray for him. I was flattered when he sat in on one of our meetings as he wanted to hear what was said at the International Lay Cistercian meeting. He is a nice gentle man.
