I don’t have to tell you that disastrous weather is predicted for our area this coming week. Although reports change with each update–and we may only experience heavy rain this Monday, 29 October–we ask all those headed to our Retreat House to use caution and exercise your best judgment regarding your reservation at the Retreat House.
Once you’re here, we do have alternative generator power in case of a blackout. If the storm hits us on Wednesday, we would hope that fallen tree limbs would be cleared from the road along the Shenandoah by the time of your departure on Friday, 2 November.
In any event, do not hesitate to call ahead to the reservations office (540-955-4383) to check the status of your sojourn.
